This EGR cooler (EGR cooling pipe) is a key part of the diesel engine EGR system. It is built with stainless steel water cooling cavity and cast iron mounting flanges, which uses coolant to lower the temperature of hot exhaust gas.
It reduces intake temperature of recirculated exhaust gas and cuts NOx emissions to meet National IV & V emission standards. Solid welding makes it resistant to high temperature and pressure, anti-leakage and anti-clogging. It directly bolts on without modification, fixing common troubles such as engine warning light, weak power and failed emission test caused by faulty EGR cooling.
